Historically, our core customer pipeline has consisted of churches, K-12 private schools, Christian higher education, and faith-based nonprofits. We care deeply for our customers and passionately believe there is a better way for employees to receive health benefits from their organization. <a href="https://vimeo.com/939530116/415cece437?share=copy" target="_blank">Learn more about who we are here!</a></p> <p>We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Customer Success team!&nbsp;This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. The ideal candidate would enjoy serving others and problem solving on a daily basis.&nbsp;</p> <p>If this sounds like you, explore the job specifics below:</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead, monitor, and supervise organizations and their respective employees with execution of healthcare solutions.</li> <li>Assist with annual renewal applications during the open enrollment period.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support annual renewal production goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist and support colleagues with new and existing client needs.</li> <li>Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.</li> <li>Maintain a positive attitude and contributes to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to cross-sell new/renewal accounts alongside other departments.</li> <li>Perform special projects at management's request.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>3-5 years of customer service experience with larger accounts</li> <li>Project management experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Process development</li> </ul> <h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required</li> <li>Health &amp; Life License preferred</li> <li>Health Insurance experience preferred</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>Full health benefits offering, including life, long-term disability, dental, and vision</li> <li>Generous PTO</li> <li>401(k) match</li> <li>Sabbatical PTO available after 5 years&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><em>This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.</em></p>
