We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be built differently — and we're building the AI-enabled retail tech platform to help them consolidate and win.</p></div><h3><strong>Role Summary</strong></h3> <ul> <li>We’re hiring an <strong>Amazon External Marketing Specialist</strong> to drive qualified traffic to Amazon through paid social, AI-generated video ads, creator programs, and affiliate networks. You’ll help build and run our TikTok and Meta ad programs across multiple brands. That includes creating AI video ads, launching and managing campaigns, and tracking results with Amazon Attribution. You’ll also support affiliate platforms such as Levanta, Partner Boost, and Wayward, and creator activations (via Creator Connections and direct outreach).</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote Do</strong></h3> <p><strong>AI Video Creative</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create short-form video ads using AI video tools, working from approved scripts and claims.</li> <li>Produce and test many creative variations to find what resonates with each audience.</li> <li>Refresh creative on a regular schedule to avoid ad fatigue.</li> <li>Send finished videos through Legal and compliance review before anything goes live.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Paid Social Advertising (TikTok & Meta)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up and manage TikTok and Meta ad accounts and campaigns for multiple brands.</li> <li>Build Amazon Attribution links for each ad so results can be tracked back to Amazon sales.</li> <li>Monitor performance daily and shift budget toward the best creative, platform, and audience.</li> <li>Pause underperforming ads using set performance thresholds.</li> <li>Support execution of seasonal campaigns (Back-to-School, Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Affiliate & Partner Platforms</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage Unybrands’ presence across affiliate platforms (Levanta, Wayward, Partner Boost, Roundforest, etc.).</li> <li>Upload and maintain product deals, set private commissions, and ensure brand updates are reflected.</li> <li>Coordinate with brand managers to approve commissions, promotions, and product availability.</li> <li>Monitor new opportunities surfaced by partners (emails, newsletters, outreach) and assess fit for our portfolio.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Creator & Influencer Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use Creator Connections and affiliate platforms to engage with creators who can drive Amazon traffic.</li> <li>Respond to inbound creator requests, provide briefs, and manage compliance reviews.</li> <li>Support limited outreach to creators on priority products or categories when needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Performance & Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and report key metrics (spend, CTR, CPC, traffic, sessions, conversion, revenue, Brand Referral Bonus impact).</li> <li>Manage reporting cadence for paid social and affiliate programs (weekly/monthly depending on platform or partner).</li> <li>Analyze platform, creative, and partner performance to identify top contributors and optimization levers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Collaboration & Organization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with Brand Managers and Creative teams to align on promotions, assets, and messaging.</li> <li>Maintain clean tracking docs of ad creative, test results, affiliate partners, commissions, and deliverables.</li> <li>Support creation of SOPs for AI video production, ad setup, affiliate deal uploads, reporting, and creator communication.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>·      <strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h3> <p><strong>Must-Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years in paid social, affiliate marketing, or external traffic programs with measurable Amazon impact.</li> <li>Hands-on experience running campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager and/or Meta Ads Manager.</li> <li>Experience creating short-form video ads, ideally with AI video tools.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Amazon Attribution and Brand Referral Bonus programs.</li> <li>Strong project management skills across multiple brands, campaigns, and platforms.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with the ability to pull reports and translate data into action.</li> <li>Knowledge of FTC, Amazon, TikTok, and Meta advertising policies, including guidelines for AI-generated content.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with creator/affiliate platforms (e.g., Creator Connections, Levanta, Wayward, Roundforest, Partner Boost).</li> <li>Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Topview, Creatify, Arcads) and editing tools such as CapCut.</li> <li>Experience running ads for Amazon sellers or e-commerce brands.</li> <li>Basic design/editing or asset
