<h3>Job Description</h3> CSCI is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Network Engineer to join our client's Engineering Support Services program in Pearl Harbor, HI. rgb(0, 45, 64);">Network Design & Engineering: Provide subject matter expertise in the engineering, design, and maintenance of a corporate, campus-wide CISCO LAN plant featuring Gigabit switching and routing to both internal and external networks</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Enterprise Network Solutions: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise network solutions across multiple sites (over 200 locations)</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Technology Refresh Support: Play an active role in the planning, design, and deployment of technology refreshes for the enterprise network</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Laboratory Assessments: Conduct lab assessments for both classified and unclassified DISN Services, ensuring proper connectivity and interoperability between WAN, IOEE/IOSEE, and DISA's NOCs (Network Operation Centers)</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Interoperability & Connectivity: Ensure the seamless interoperability of WAN, IOEE/IOSEE, and DISN network equipment and services</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Implementation & Task Management: Plan, track, and document implementation tasks, ensuring the successful deployment of network solutions</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Configuration & Documentation: Create and maintain configuration artifacts such as network maps, detailed designs, test plans, operations readiness test reports, device configurations, and maintenance procedures</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Project & Incident Management: Monitor the completion of assigned tasks, projects, work orders, and incidents to ensure timely resolution</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Specification Development: Develop technical specifications for simple to moderately complex network problems and solutions</li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Requirements</h3> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">5+ years of progressive experience in LAN/WAN engineering support, Network Administration, and WAN Administration within both classified and unclassified environments</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Expertise in LAN/WAN protocols such as BGP, MPLS, and LDP, with experience in a service provider environment</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Solid background in network design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a multi-vendor environment</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Proficiency in device configuration for both wired and wireless technologies, as well as voice and video technologies</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Active Secret clearance with SSBI or Top-Secret clearance</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Valid U.S. Passport for potential OCONUS travel</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (Category IAT Level III), such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Cisco Certified Network Professional-Enterprise (CCNP-E) certification or equivalent</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving</li> <li associated software and hardware equipment</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assigned projects and report on status and implementation plans</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Preferred certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+, Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE)</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);">Ability to obtain Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or higher certification</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 45, 64);"
