This role leads national and strategic hospitality accounts, builds executive-level relationships, and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, high-value solutions aligned to the operational and guest-experience needs of hospitality customers.</p> <p>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop&nbsp;and&nbsp;execute&nbsp;a&nbsp;national&nbsp;sales&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;focused&nbsp;on&nbsp;acquiring&nbsp;and&nbsp;expanding&nbsp;hospitality-sector&nbsp;customers.</li> <li>Identify,&nbsp;pursue,&nbsp;and&nbsp;close&nbsp;new&nbsp;business&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;with&nbsp;hotel&nbsp;brands,&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;groups,&nbsp;developers,&nbsp;and&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;management&nbsp;companies.</li> <li>Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;executive-level&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;with&nbsp;owners,&nbsp;developers,&nbsp;procurement&nbsp;leaders,&nbsp;and&nbsp;operational&nbsp;stakeholders.</li> <li>Serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;primary&nbsp;point&nbsp;of&nbsp;contact&nbsp;for&nbsp;assigned&nbsp;national&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;accounts,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;satisfaction&nbsp;and&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;partnership.</li> <li>Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;regional&nbsp;sales,&nbsp;estimating,&nbsp;operations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer&nbsp;service&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;deliver&nbsp;seamless&nbsp;project&nbsp;and&nbsp;account&nbsp;support.</li> <li>Lead&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;account&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;joint&nbsp;business&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;and&nbsp;quarterly&nbsp;business&nbsp;reviews.</li> <li>Partner&nbsp;with&nbsp;product&nbsp;management&nbsp;and&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;market&nbsp;insights&nbsp;and&nbsp;influence&nbsp;solution&nbsp;development.</li> <li>Track&nbsp;pipeline&nbsp;activity,&nbsp;forecasts,&nbsp;and&nbsp;performance&nbsp;metrics&nbsp;using&nbsp;CRM&nbsp;tools.</li> <li>Negotiate&nbsp;contracts,&nbsp;pricing,&nbsp;and&nbsp;commercial&nbsp;terms&nbsp;while&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;profitability&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer&nbsp;value.</li> <li>Stay current on hospitality industry trends, construction cycles, renovation timelines, and brand standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&nbsp;We&nbsp;Are&nbsp;Looking&nbsp;For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Business,&nbsp;Education,&nbsp;Marketing,&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field&nbsp;preferred.</li> <li>8+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;national&nbsp;or&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;account&nbsp;management,&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;B2B&nbsp;sales,&nbsp;or&nbsp;hospitality-focused&nbsp;sales&nbsp;roles.</li> <li>Demonstrated&nbsp;success&nbsp;driving&nbsp;new&nbsp;customer&nbsp;acquisition&nbsp;and&nbsp;revenue&nbsp;growth.</li> <li>8+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;national&nbsp;or&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;account&nbsp;management,&nbsp;enterprise&nbsp;B2B&nbsp;sales,&nbsp;or&nbsp;hospitality-focused&nbsp;sales&nbsp;roles.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;executive&nbsp;presence&nbsp;with&nbsp;excellent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and&nbsp;negotiation&nbsp;skills.</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;translate&nbsp;customer&nbsp;needs&nbsp;into&nbsp;scalable,&nbsp;repeatable&nbsp;solutions.</li> <li>Comfort&nbsp;working&nbsp;cross-functionally&nbsp;with&nbsp;product,&nbsp;operations,&nbsp;and&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;teams.</li> <li>Proficiency&nbsp;with&nbsp;CRM&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and&nbsp;sales&nbsp;analytics.</li> <li>Willingness to travel nationally as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred&nbsp;Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consultative,&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;sales&nbsp;mindset&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;hunter&nbsp;orientation.</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;managing&nbsp;complex,&nbsp;multi-location&nbsp;or&nbsp;multi-brand&nbsp;hospitality&nbsp;organizations.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;business&nbsp;and&nbsp;financial&nbsp;acumen&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;assess&nbsp;ROI&nbsp;and&nbsp;lifecycle&nbsp;value.</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;thrive&nbsp;in&nbsp;fast-paced&nbsp;environments&nbsp;with&nbsp;long&nbsp;and&nbsp;overlapping&nbsp;sales&nbsp;cycles.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What OBE&nbsp;Offers You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive&nbsp;<a href="https://obe.com/careers/" target="_blank">benefits</a>&nbsp;at the lowest cost to the employee</li> <li>Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose</li> <li>Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses</li> <li>Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed</li> </ul> <p><a href="https://www.obe.com/privacy-policy">OBE Privacy Policy</a></p> <p>OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
