Sitting at the core of our platform, they connect the world’s best experiences with the largest audiences, helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve. Our team builds trusted, long-term partnerships with leading brands across the ecosystem. We work closely with creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders to help them make data-driven decisions, expand their portfolios, and scale internationally. It requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving across a wide range of topics, from marketing and pricing to operations and financing. The Role The Country Lead position at Fever is a pivotal senior role, sitting at the intersection of strategic market leadership and hands-on commercial execution. As Country Lead, you will serve as Fever's primary representative in your market, owning both the growth strategy and the day-to-day commercial relationships that make it happen. You will build and lead a high-performing business development team, forge deep partnerships with top event organizers, venues, and key industry stakeholders, and drive ambitious revenue targets — all while acting as the local voice to HQ and a collaborative partner to your peers across regions.
