<div>We are seeking mission-minded, highly relational, and responsible<strong> </strong>coordinators who enjoy meeting new people, planning social activities, and helping people experience God's unconditional love. Coordinators get to partake in doing "business as a ministry" by faithfully weaving together excellence in business with loving their neighbors well.</div>

<p><strong>Important Details:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This role is part-time, 16 hours per month serving 1 community located near CommonGround Golf Course in <strong>Aurora, CO. </strong></li>
<li>The role can be completed during business hours, evenings and weekends. </li>
<li>The coordinator will not need to live onsite. They will drive to the communities and be paid <strong>$20 hourly</strong> to serve. </li>

<div class="text-body text-muted"><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div>
<div class="text-body regular">
<ul>
<li>Cultivate meaningful opportunities to care for and connect with residents, fostering a welcoming community where neighbors feel known, valued, and connected to one another</li>
<li>Provide a caring touch to residents and staff with the help of other residents and a network of community support</li>
<li>Enhance online reputation by inviting residents to share online about their experience in the community</li>
<li>Develop marketing material for the activities such as monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts</li>
<li>Manage the event budget process</li>
<li>Prepare monthly summaries</li>
<li>Meet with staff and program director for planning, equipping, and development</li>
<li>Engage a support team of volunteers, vendors, and other community partners to maximize impact</li>

<div class="text-body text-muted"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div>
<div class="text-body regular">
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Be legally eligible to work in the United States</li>
<li>Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company</li>
<li>Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation to complete coordinator duties such as shopping for events and connecting with vendors</li>
<li>Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds</li>
<li>Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities, mainly in the evenings and weekends when most residents are home</li>
<li>Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community</li>

<li>Previous event planning experience</li>
<li>Experience working within a budget</li>
<li>Some relevant experience using social media</li>
