<li>Lead a team of 5-7 members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements.</li>
<li>Track and report on key performance metrics for pricing projects, identifying trends and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.</li>
<li>Evaluate process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve overall project outcomes.</li>
<li>Perform quality assessments on temporary staff output, delivering targeted training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy.</li>

<li>Good communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders</li>
