About the Role
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Growth Management</strong>: Partner with large sellers to increase selection and exposure on the platform, which in turn will drive customer reviews and long-term repeat purchase rates.</li>
<li><strong>Visibility & Exposure Optimization</strong>: Advise sellers on utilizing platform-driven exposure tools to feature products in high-traffic areas such as the site homepage, daily deal sections, and specialized category pages.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Pricing Strategy</strong>: Leverage internal marketplace data to recommend optimized pricing levels that are predicted to drive maximum sales volume and improve eligibility for premium site placement.</li>
<li><strong>Portfolio Health & Eligibility</strong>: Monitor seller performance to ensure products meet essential benchmarks, such as maintaining specific recent sales volumes and stock levels required for promotional eligibility.</li>
<li><strong>Logistics & Fulfillment Advisory</strong>: Guide sellers on shipping standards, including the implementation of free shipping models which are preferred by customers and often serve as a prerequisite for enhanced platform exposure.</li>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications & Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Marketplace Expertise</strong>: Extensive experience in eCommerce account management, with a proven track record of scaling high-volume seller accounts.</li>
<li><strong>Algorithmic Proficiency</strong>: Deep understanding of how personalized discovery algorithms and internal marketplace logic dictate product visibility to potential buyers.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Agility</strong>: Ability to manage complex promotional lifecycles, from initial selection and condition setting to real-time performance tracking and post-promotion analysis.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Mindset</strong>: Strong ability to evaluate business performance based on price competitiveness, fulfillment speed, and inventory health.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong>: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance on platform policies and help sellers navigate internal review processes.</li>
