<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Master the Cycle:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Navigate the full lifecycle of an order—from load building to tendering—using our advanced TMS to its peak potential.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Strategic Sourcing:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Establish power-house relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and selecting the best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Data-Driven Problem Solving:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Act as a proactive analyst to identify performance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
