The platform helps enterprise communications, security, and cybersecurity teams detect and respond to emerging online threats. You’ll own the roadmap and requirements for AI-driven features, working closely with ML engineers, software engineers, and customers to turn complex signals into products people can act on. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in a team that builds with a spec-driven, AI-assisted development workflow.</p> <h4 data-start="692" data-end="713">Key Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Own the product roadmap for assigned areas of the platform, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints</li> <li>Write clear, detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers and AI coding agents can build from</li> <li>Work with ML and engineering teams to define, ship, and improve AI and LLM-powered features, including how they’ll be evaluated</li> <li>Run customer discovery with enterprise users to understand their workflows and pain points</li> <li>Prioritize the backlog and run sprint planning, grooming, and release coordination</li> <li>Define success metrics for features and use product data and customer feedback to decide what to change</li> <li>Partner with design to deliver clear, intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows</li> <li>Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs clearly to client leadership and stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1688" data-end="1707">Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience, mainly on B2B SaaS products</li> <li>Experience shipping AI, ML, or data-driven product features, including how to define success for probabilistic or model-driven outputs</li> <li>Strong spec-writing skills: clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile environment</li> <li>Experience running customer discovery and turning insights into prioritized requirements</li> <li>Data-informed decision making using product analytics, metrics, and experimentation</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2296" data-end="2327">Nice to have:</h4> <ul> <li>Experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity, trust and safety, risk management, or media monitoring</li> <li>Experience selling or building for enterprise buyers such as CISOs, CSOs, or communications leaders</li> <li>Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools and AI-assisted or spec-driven development workflows</li> <li>Experience with data-heavy dashboards, alerting, or analytics products</li> <li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Figma</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote, USA</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="290" data-end="312">Employment type:</h4> <ul> <li data-start="290" data-end="312">Contract</li> </ul> <div> <p>*<strong>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time</strong></p> </div> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-Remote</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Tech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
