Since our founding in 2012, we've become the World's Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 again in 2024 but we're just getting started.&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10); font-size: 10pt;"><strong>How You'll Make an Impact:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">As the<span style="font-size: 10pt;"> <strong>Manager, HRBP</strong></span> you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">In addition to serving as the<strong> <span style="font-size: 10pt;">HRBP</span></strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span>for one of our global business units:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>CS + Onboarding</strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">You will also <strong>own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance</strong>. This includes Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>People Operations and HR Systems</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Maintain accurate and confidential team member data in <strong>Workday</strong>.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><strong>Global HRBP Collaboration</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);"><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);">Strengthen cross-regional People processes and communication.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(38, 28, 10);
