You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly, teams perform at a high level, and partners feel confident throughout the execution.</p> <p>You will work closely with Strategic Event Managers on complex projects, translating operational plans into flawless on-site execution.&nbsp;This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in live operations who can lead teams, enforce standards, and take control of situations when needed.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h4> <h5><em><strong>1. Onsite Leadership &amp; Execution:</strong></em></h5> <ul> <li>Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale events</li> <li>Act as the main operational reference point during live events</li> <li>Ensure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time</li> </ul> <h5><em><strong>2. Team Management (Onsite Staff):</strong></em></h5> <ul> <li>Coordinate and lead onsite staff (coordinators, temporary staff, suppliers)</li> <li>Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood</li> <li>Proactively identify underperformance and correct it in real time</li> <li>Maintain high standards of professionalism and execution</li> </ul> <h5><strong><em>3. Operational Excellence &amp; Standards:</em></strong></h5> <ul> <li>Ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsite</li> <li>Detect and fix operational issues immediately</li> <li>Maintain consistency and quality across all event setups</li> </ul> <h5><em><strong>4. Partner Interaction (Onsite):</strong></em></h5> <ul> <li>Act as the main point of contact for partners during event execution</li> <li>Provide confidence, clarity, and quick responses to any situation</li> <li>Represent Fever with professionalism and control</li> </ul> <h5><em><strong>5.
