These activations are an extension of the Games’ competitive events, sharing the spirit of the Olympics and Paralympics with fans.   We’re seeking a solutions-oriented Manager who shares our passion for inclusive, accessible, high‑quality fan experiences.   Proven excellence with work in sponsorship or event operations, brand activation production, event marketing logistics, and project management is a must. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating many stakeholders at once. Experience implementing scalable systems and processes is preferred.   You’ll drive day‑to‑day operational planning for spectator activations and programming across LA28 venues—owning workflows, tracking deliverables, and keeping cross‑functional teams aligned and moving forward.    Working in our DTLA office, you’ll report to the Head of Live Sites & Venue Experiences. salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $115,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
