About the Role

Title : ELA Enrollment Coordinator   Location: Cupertino, CA   Type: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week (Wednesday–Sunday) Compensation: Compensation: $24–$28/hour (based on experience) + commission for each student enrollment, with performance-based quarterly and annual incentives. Target annual compensation: $50,000–$74,000. <div class="ql-divide ql-long-3655080 ql-authorBlock-3655080 ql-embed-selected"><hr></div> At Think Academy, we believe every student deserves a learning experience tailored to their unique strengths and goals. As an ELA Enrollment Coordinator  you'll be the first person families meet on their educational journey. By understanding each student's academic needs, you'll help parents identify the right ELA programs and guide them through a welcoming, seamless enrollment experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with families, and making a meaningful impact through education. You'll also collaborate closely with teachers and campus staff to ensure every family receives exceptional support from their first visit onward. <div class="ql-divide ql-long-3655080 ql-authorBlock-3655080 ql-embed-selected"><hr></div> Key Responsibilities  1. Enrollment & Consultation <ul> <li class="">Greet and consult with walk-in or online parents to understand student needs. </li> <li class="">Present Think Academy programs and recommend appropriate classes or learning paths. </li> <li class="">Support placement tests and trial classes, and guide parents through the enrollment process. </li> <li class="">Follow up with potential families to maximize conversion and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. </li> </ul>  2. Front Desk & Parent Communication <ul> <li class="">Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors — in person, by phone, and via email. </li> <li class="">Handle class scheduling, student check-in/out, and inquiries with warmth and efficiency. </li> <li class="">Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-desk environment. </li> <li class="">Coordinate with teachers and operations teams to resolve classroom or scheduling issues. </li> </ul>  3.
