Part-Time Producer (APAC) at Tradeify

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organized Producer to support our growing APAC production function on a part-time basis. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of creative and operational projects across the region, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring work to life on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end production of projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness

• Coordinate with trading, operations, and creative teams across multiple APAC time zones

• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for APAC-based work

• Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and reconcile actuals against estimates

• Liaise with local partners, studios, and suppliers across key APAC markets

• Maintain production documentation including schedules, call sheets, and status logs

• Identify and flag risks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track

• Support senior team members on larger-scale productions as required

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or in-house studio

• Strong understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and/or content formats

• Demonstrated experience managing projects across APAC markets and time zones

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Clear, confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

• Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a trading, fintech, or financial services environment

• Familiarity with post-production or digital content pipelines

• Background in integrated or multi-market campaigns

• Experience working with global brand or institutional clients

• Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements across APAC markets

WORKING HOURS

This is a part-time position. Core hours align with APAC business hours. Schedule is 20 hours a week.
