If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a Senior&nbsp;Program&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;/ Principal Program Manager (level&nbsp;of individual candidates&nbsp;to be determined as part of interview process based on experience and fit)&nbsp;to&nbsp;lead strategic&nbsp;as well as tactical&nbsp;cross-functional initiatives&nbsp;across the organization,&nbsp;including but not limited to&nbsp;covering Accounting and Finance Operations (e.g., AP, AR, Credit Risk,&nbsp;Accounting,&nbsp;Collections&nbsp;and other cross functional initiatives).&nbsp;This role requires a delivery leader who can manage and present to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and has sufficient finance and accounting knowledge&nbsp;to translate strategies and problems into clear, actionable plans—driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across workstreams.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>In This Role, You Will:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end delivery of controllership,&nbsp;finance&nbsp;operations&nbsp;and other&nbsp;initiatives: scoping, planning, execution, change management, and post-implementation tracking.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and governance cadences&nbsp;-&nbsp;supporting owners to unblock issues and&nbsp;keeping&nbsp;delivery on track.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Drive&nbsp;program&nbsp;discipline: clear business requirements, decision logs, timelines, and measurable success metrics.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Act as&nbsp;the&nbsp;central point&nbsp;of alignment&nbsp;across teams—identify&nbsp;misalignment early,&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;decisions, and ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;escalation when needed.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with teams outside Finance (Product, IT, Legal, Commercial) to design and implement end-to-end solutions&nbsp;as needed.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and deliver executive-ready materials (steerco decks, one-pagers, decision memos)&nbsp;highlighting&nbsp;progress, issues, and trade-offs to senior leadership including C-suite.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Example Initiatives You May Manage:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate improvement of specific metrics across&nbsp;organization&nbsp;like&nbsp;cash flow&nbsp;metrics&nbsp;for example&nbsp;through better AR collections prioritization, dispute resolution workflows, payout timing optimizations, and operational controls.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Enhance the balance sheet reconciliation process through a more robust review mechanism&nbsp;and improving reconciliation standards.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Establish new business models and&nbsp;ensure scalable finance processes are in place (accounting treatment alignment, operational workflows, controls, reporting readiness).&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Cross-functional finance initiatives involving tooling, automation, data flow changes, and operating model redesign.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Need to Succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years in program management&nbsp;or project management, preferably in consulting or finance transformation environments.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills;
