<p>We are looking for a <strong>Total Rewards Partner</strong> to join our global HR team. <br><br>You will be a key player in designing global compensation cycles, overseeing equity governance, and providing expert C&amp;B support for our Israel and EMEA regions. This role balances global strategy with local expertise to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.</p> <p><strong>As a Total Rewards Partner</strong> <strong>at JFrog, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Local (Israel &amp; EMEA) Support:</strong> Act as the SME for all C&amp;B aspects; evaluate and enhance offerings to attract top talent; and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and senior leadership.</li> <li><strong>Global Compensation:</strong> Design and execute annual compensation cycles and analyse global market trends using international benchmarks (Zviran, Radford, Mercer).</li> <li><strong>Equity Governance:</strong> Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly equity grants for Board and Compensation Committee approvals; collaborate with Finance and Legal on compliance and grant processes.</li> <li><strong>Governance &amp; Compliance:</strong> Ensure alignment with local labor and tax regulations (e.g., Israel Pay Equity law) and maintain audit-ready documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be a Total Rewards Partner</strong> <strong>at JFrog, you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of C&amp;B experience in a fast-paced High-Tech environment (Software preferred).</li> <li><strong>Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of Israel and EMEA labor markets, compensation principles, and equity-related processes.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Power:</strong> Exceptional Excel skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> An AI mindset- harnessing AI tools to enhance C&amp;B practices- alongside a passion for process improvement.</li> <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Languages:</strong> Fluent English (spoken and written).</p>
