The candidate must have a positive attitude, be highly organized, and possess strong communication skills. This role is a unique opportunity to become an important part of the Strategic Partnerships team at RTW.</p> <p><strong><br>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support a team of 5.</li> <li>Full calendar management across business priorities, including proactive conflict resolution and strategic prioritization.</li> <li>Manage travel arrangements including flight, hotel, and ground transportation both domestic and international, both private and commercial.</li> <li>Proven experience managing end-to-end conference attendance logistics, including registration, travel, lodging, and ground transportation.</li> <li>Visa procurement when necessary.</li> <li>Process expense reports.</li> <li>Arrange and coordinate high volume of internal/external meetings and company calls.</li> <li>Drive action items forward, track progress, and facilitate cross department collaboration.</li> <li>Respond to requests on behalf of the team in a timely and professional manner.</li> <li>Collaborate with the full administrative team to ensure smooth operations.</li> <li>Ad hoc projects as requested.</li> <li>The listed responsibilities are not comprehensive, and additional tasks may be assigned as required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-year degree.</li> <li>5-7 years of experience in a similar role at a hedge fund, investment bank, or in the healthcare industry considered a plus.</li> <li>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li> <li>Previous experience with Concur and expense management.</li> <li>Previous experience supporting teams of Senior Executives.</li> <li>Experience booking complicated international travel including visas.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral.</li> <li>Highly organized, personable, and intuitive with excellent soft skills.</li> <li>Ability to function at a high level and prioritize in a busy environment.</li> <li>Confidence, poise, and discretion in communication and interactions on behalf of Executives.</li> <li>Must be able to work from our New York City office 4-5 days per week</li> </ul> <p><br>The base salary for this New York-based position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and the level at which the role is hired. In addition to the base salary, the role includes a discretionary incentive compensation program, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and life insurance, retirement plans, tax-free savings options, and access to additional healthcare programs.</p>
