In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering high-quality diagnostic testing that supports patient care across our Urgent Care, Advanced Primary Care, and Specialty Care services. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, you’ll perform a wide range of laboratory tests to detect genetic materials in biological samples, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all quality and safety standards.  <h3>Your Impact </h3> <ul> <li>Laboratory Testing & Analysis  <ul> <li>Perform specialized molecular diagnostic testing (PCR) and blood work (CBC) with precision and consistency. </li> <li>Prepare and process biological samples, including DNA and RNA extraction, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout all testing stages. </li> <li>Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and meticulously document findings in accordance with lab protocols. </li> <li>Accurately enter test results into the Lab Information System (LIS/Dendi) and maintain the daily lab dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs). </li> </ul> </li> <li>Quality & Compliance  <ul> <li>Maintain the highest standards of quality control to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. </li> <li>Follow all established laboratory protocols, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, COLA, NH DHHS). </li> <li>Support preparation and readiness for annual inspections and ongoing licensure requirements. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Equipment & Inventory Management  <ul> <li>Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to maintain optimal functionality. </li> <li>Prepare necessary reagents and solutions for testing procedures. </li> <li>Manage inventory and ordering through the Inventory and Ordering Software (ENVI), ensuring adequate supplies for testing operations. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaboration & Communication  <ul> <li>Work closely with Urgent Care, Advanced Primary Care, and external partners to address specimen handling or collection issues. </li> <li>Maintain open communication with the Lab Manager/General Supervisor, Technical Supervisor, and Lab Director to ensure operational alignment. </li> <li>Foster a culture of internal and external customer service, teamwork, and shared accountability across all lab functions. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Safety & Environment  <ul> <li>Uphold a clean, organized, and contamination-free workspace. </li> <li>Ensure all safety practices and lab hygiene standards are followed at all times to support a safe and efficient working environment. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are </h3> <ul> <li>Experience:  <ul> <li>Experienced in laboratory operations, testing, and molecular diagnostics (minimum 2 years direct clinical lab experience with PCR). </li> <li>Knowledgeable in lab equipment, supplies, and quality control processes. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field. </li> <li>Driven and self-motivated: Able to function and execute independently with little direction while adhering to established policies and procedures. </li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Technically skilled: Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and laboratory information systems (LIS experience preferred). </li> <li>Strong communicator and collaborator: Thrives in a team-oriented setting and builds positive working relationships across departments. </li> <li>Committed to compliance and safety: Dedicated to maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. </li> <li>Schedule: 40 hours per week, which includes 8am-5pm shifts on both Saturday and Sundays, as well as three 8am-5pm shifts on weekdays. </li> </ul> #INDCOR1<div class="content-conclusion"><h4>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h4> <ul> <li>Collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth</li> <li>Urgent care services at no cost to our team members and their families</li> <li>Extensive benefit offerings including health, dental, and vision coverage, company paid short-term disability, and optional pet insurance</li> <li>401k match after one year of service </li> <li>Access to our primary care (depending on location)</li> <li>Educational Alliance with Purdue University Global and reduced tuition rates for team members and their families </li> <li>Employer rewards and access to discounts offered on services and products such as hotels, travel, entertainment, restaurants, and more</li> </ul> There's a job and then there's purposeful, transformative work.
