This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate with electrical and mechanical equipment vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Procure electrical and mechanical subcontracts and equipment, managing contracts and deliverables from bid solicitation through contract award.</li> <li>Coordinate equipment submittals and assist with electrical, mechanical, and overall construction cost estimates.</li> <li>Support commercial projects within core markets, ensuring effective coordination and execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, relevant field, or relevant experience.</li> <li>5+ years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing preconstruction experience.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand electrical, HVAC, plumbing, architectural, and civil plans and specifications.</li> <li>Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of MEP systems and equipment.</li> <li>Good communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to identify and resolve issues.</li> <li>Effective participation in a team environment.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
