About the Role

Why we exist:

Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large, coordinated teams — no pilots needed. Our technology has been battle-tested in Ukraine— the world’s most intense proving ground for drone warfare.

In March 2026, we became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public on NASDAQ, following a $15M Series A — the largest investment in a Ukrainian defense tech company since the start of the war.

Working at Swarmer means operating at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality. The problems and environments are complex, and the stakes are very real. We built this software to enable democratic nations to defend themselves.

If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Manager to support purchasing operations in Ukraine, as well as inventory and warehouse management. This role combines the functions of a procurement specialist and a warehouse keeper, covering everything from ordering goods to receiving, tracking, and distributing them for internal departmental needs.

This position is ideal for someone who values order, process control, and aims to enhance operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

  • Source suppliers, obtain commercial offers, and negotiate terms

  • Create purchase orders and monitor their fulfillment

  • Receive goods into the warehouse

  • Maintain inventory records in ERP and internal systems

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory data

  • Issue goods from the warehouse to internal departments

  • Maintain warehouse records and track inventory movements

  • Participate in inventory audits

  • Collaborate with finance and other teams

What we need:

  • Experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics

  • Understanding of basic procurement and inventory processes

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, or accounting systems

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with tender procurement processes

  • Experience working in a warehouse or as a storekeeper

  • Familiarity with equipment or components

What you’ll get:

  • Direct impact in a high-stakes industry where your work enables autonomous systems used on the ground

  • Opportunities for professional growth

  • The ability to influence and improve processes

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package (insurance, paid sick leave, 20 paid days off per year)

  • Benefits of the defense sector (reservation and related advantages)

  • Flexible hybrid work options

  • A straightforward, no-bureaucracy culture

How’s the hiring process going:

✔️ Intro Call with TA Specialist → ✔️ Interview with a Team → ✔️ Final Interview → ✔️ Security check → ✔️ Offer
