They build financial forecast models, annual budgets, operating plans, profitability &amp; variance analyses, and cash flow models.&nbsp; They lead and work on a broad variety of special projects such as KPI analyses, cohort analyses, inventory demand planning, due diligence support, and M&amp;A support.&nbsp; Virtual CFOs are also often involved as functional analysts in custom software development work we specialize in to supercharge our client’s back office.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position directs the work of FP&amp;A Managers and Sr. Financial Analysts on our staff to provide hands-on mentoring while benefitting from a team-based approach to divide and conquer on each work assignment. This is a position that is proactive and solution-oriented, supporting clients in the fast-paced world of startups and high-growth SMBs.&nbsp; Virtual CFOs have the opportunity to increase their earnings with us through profit-sharing bonuses and other executive compensation awards.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and direct the work of FP&amp;A Managers and Sr. Financial Analysts on our staff</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for overall fiscal operations: direct our dedicated accounting teams on their functions supporting the full monthly accounting cycle of client businesses</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supervise client engagements and occasionally direct the client’s own internal accounting &amp;
