Put in your application today, and allow Interstates to prove to you why we are an Industry Leader in more ways than one.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Manage end-to-end data center electrical and fiber infrastructure projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.&nbsp;</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Oversee installation of fiber pathways, structured cabling, terminations, testing, and documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, low-voltage teams, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and procurement plans.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals related to electrical and fiber scopes.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for owners, general contractors, and vendors.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Ensure all work meets safety standards, code compliance, and QA/QC requirements.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Conduct regular site walks to ensure progress, resolve issues, and forecast manpower/material needs.</li> <li data-start="1163" data-end="1297">Prepare weekly reports, risk assessments, and status updates for leadership and clients.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.</li> <li>Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of project contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Commitment to safety and quality standards.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="168" data-end="179">Travel:</strong> This role requires travel based on project needs and assigned responsibilities.
