Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to provide insights and recommendations</li> <li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis</li> <li>Reporting: Prepare comprehensive asset management reports for the management, stakeholders and the financial institutions</li> <li>Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a similar role, within the Japanese market</li> <li>Effective communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a multinational organization</li> <li>Knowledge of local asset management standards</li> <li>Experience with portfolio management and investment advisory</li> <li>Experience in project development including dealing with local authorities, local communities, utilities as well as possess land title knowledge</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">EdgeConneX believes inclusion – of thought, backgrounds and experiences – affects all that we do, from our employees to the solutions we deliver.
