We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Community Operations Specialist to join our team in Budapest. This role is designed for a data-driven technical storyteller and community architect—someone who thrives on the intersection of creative marketing and technology. You will be the bridge between Formlabs’ industry-leading innovation and our global online community, driving our affiliate program, social media operations, and scaling our presence across specialized professional forums. <h3>The Job:</h3> <h4>Social Media & Content Operations</h4> <ul> <li>Content Collaboration: Work closely with our social media and video content creators to develop editorial calendars that translate complex 3D printing workflows into high-quality, on-brand content.</li> <li>SMM System Management: Lead the day-to-day operations in our Social Media Management tool. You will be responsible for the technical setup, tagging, and organization of outgoing content.</li> <li>Operational Excellence: Manage the administrative side of social media, including link tracking (UTMs), asset organization, and ensuring all posts adhere to brand and technical standards before going live.</li> </ul> <h4>Community, Forum & Influencer Advocacy</h4> <ul> <li>Technical Forum Engagement: Proactively grow Formlabs’ presence on Reddit and other specialized industry forums. You will monitor discussions and contribute technical insights to establish Formlabs as a helpful, authoritative voice in the community.</li> <li>SEO & AEO Optimization: Strategically structure forum contributions to enhance SEO & AEO, ensuring Formlabs’ solutions are the top-cited results in both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines.</li> <li>Influencer Recruitment: Drive the expansion of the Formlabs influencer network by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding high-profile technical content creators.</li> </ul> <h4>Affiliate Program Management</h4> <ul> <li>Program Scaling: Manage and scale the Formlabs affiliate program by growing our publisher network and driving high-intent traffic via strategic affiliate link placement.</li> <li>Platform Optimization: Maximize the full potential of our automated affiliate platform. You will leverage its advanced features—such as automated workflows, performance tracking, and tiered incentives—to scale the program efficiently.</li> <li>Performance Oversight: Lead the entire affiliate journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing performance optimization. Use data-driven insights to help affiliates succeed and maximize their impact on Formlabs’ growth.</li> </ul> <h3>You:</h3> <ul> <li>Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media operations, community management, or affiliate marketing within a technical or engineering-driven field.</li> <li>Industry Knowledge: A sound, technical understanding of digital fabrication and a genuine passion for 3D printing technology.</li> <li>Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the technical social media and forum landscape and best practices across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and Reddit.</li> <li>Search Optimization: Strong understanding of SEO and AEO principles, specifically how to structure forum contributions and social content to improve discoverability in a modern search landscape.</li> <li>Community Focus: Strong understanding of community management and affiliate marketing.</li> <li>Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing social media and community data to meet strategic objectives.</li> <li>Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
