You will work across front-end and back-end, architecting and building high-performance web applications end-to-end—from UI and user experience through services, APIs, and data. Our platform powers agentic network operations, helping enterprises automate network diagnosis, change management, and remediation at scale. We need someone with solid fundamentals in both front-end and back-end who can own features across the stack, and who learns new technical areas quickly. If you're comfortable working end-to-end and thrive in a role that spans the whole stack, this is for you. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of features end-to-end, collaborates closely with product and design, and can serve as a technical anchor for the team.   What You'll Do <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with product and design to define features, specifications, and requirements; take ownership end-to-end from architecture through testing and validation.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Architect and build full-stack features spanning front-end UI, back-end services and APIs, database design, and data workflows—with an emphasis on integrating AI capabilities to solve customer problems.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own quality across the development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and serve as a technical anchor for the team.</li> </ul>   What You Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years  of relevant industry working experience.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, etc.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with server-side development in C#, C++, Java, or a comparable language — C# is a strong plus given our stack</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience designing and building REST APIs and working with relational/non-relational databases</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern web frameworks (React or Angular), and solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLM tool use, and agentic workflows is a strong plus</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li> </ul>   What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base is $115,000-137,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
