Senior Product Manager at Kodiak

In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.</p></div><p class="p1"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Level 4 autonomous trucking solutions across different customer applications. In this role you will be the directly responsible individual for the full product lifecycle for your area of responsibility, which requires a unique blend of technical depth in autonomous systems, product sensibility, business acumen, and cross-functional leadership with a strong understanding of customer-centric product deployment.</span></p> <p class="p2"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Execution:</strong> Work with the end user and cross-functional teams (engineering, program management, operations, commercial) to drive the end-to-end process from needs identification to feature implementation, and remove any blockers to ensure the product is deployed successfully to meet the end user’s expectations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Prioritization:</strong> Prioritize features and adjust for changes in Kodiak’s commercial and competitive context.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Product definition:</strong> Define requirements to ensure they meet end user needs.
