Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Own delivery execution across an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, from kickoff through steady-state delivery</li> <li>Bridge presales and delivery: ensure solutions committed to in the sales cycle are scoped realistically and set up for profitable delivery</li> <li>Own account health reporting for the portfolio (Weekly Delivery Pulse and Monthly RAG) with clear status, risks, and actions</li> <li>Drive gross margin performance within the portfolio: ramp-up, bench, utilisation, PTO leakage, and booking discipline</li> <li>Lead, develop, and performance-manage the Delivery Managers within the portfolio</li> <li>Act as the senior escalation point for at-risk accounts, driving recovery plans to resolution</li> <li>Partner with Account Management on commercial risk, renewal, and growth, protecting delivery feasibility and margin</li> <li>Bring Delivery-led offerings such as Zero Sprint and Red Team into the portfolio, and champion AI-enabled delivery practices across teams</li> <li>Represent Delivery in executive and account governance forums, both internally and with clients</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Extensive professional experience in engineering, delivery, or solutioning leadership within IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation, with direct experience bridging presales and delivery</li> <li>Track record leading large, distributed engineering organizations (hundreds to 1,000+ people), including hiring at scale and org design</li> <li>Experience building and running Centres of Excellence or similar capability-building functions</li> <li>Hands-on leadership in AI-enabled delivery (e.g., AI coding tools, RAG-based systems, or LLM workflow automation)</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen: gross margin, pricing, proposal development, and a track record of multi-million dollar deal wins</li> <li>Executive presence, comfortable operating at CxO level with clients and internal leadership</li> <li>Experience stabilising or turning around at-risk accounts is a strong plus</li> </ul> <h3>English Level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate&nbsp;</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
