Key responsibilities of this position include achieving and maintaining optimal inventory levels, forecasting demand, and maintaining inventory accuracies and controls in a fast paced production environment. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of our Packaging, Produce, Grocery, and 3rd Party inventories.&nbsp; You will lead the Inventory process to identify and eliminate any inconsistencies and ensure proper inventory counts at all on site and off site locations.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Use available data and tools to achieve optimal inventory levels to assure on time delivery while reducing excess inventory.</li> <li>Lead and develop a team to monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure accuracy, timelines, and efficiency.</li> <li>Coordinate and conduct cycle count processes and physical inventories. Identify necessary recounts and provide regular reports to operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with Receiving Supervisor on receipt accuracy</li> <li>Work closely with the Warehouse team on Product Locator accuracy</li> <li>Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies to identify operational causes and supply possible solutions.</li> <li>Owns all inventory KPIs and accuracy in our WMS/Internal Spreadsheets.</li> <li>Manage off site transfers and Inventory.</li> <li>Ensures all offsite orders are placed on time and that accurate inventory is transferred to prevent shorts to customers.</li> <li>Work with our Logistics team to coordinate pickup at our offsite locations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</li> <li>Strong computer and analytical skills.</li> <li>Experience maintaining proper inventory control procedures and documentation for all raw materials and production supplies and finished product produced, stored, and shipped from the Facility and offsite locations</li> <li>Supervisory experience in shipping/receiving, off site transfers, inventory cycle counts, WMS, lot traceability, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and maintenance of a GMP compliant warehouse.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees and below).</li> <li>Ability to operate WH equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.).</li> <li>Regular work with computers, including WMS, G Suite and Excel.&nbsp;</li> <li>Regular use of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.</li> <li>Ability to walk, bend, squat, climb, reach, and kneel.</li> <li>Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we do for you:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k)&nbsp;</li> <li>Annual Misfits grocery box credit of $1200 paid in weekly installments</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Paid vacation time</li> <li>Paid holidays&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid sick days</li> <li>Commuter benefits</li> <li>Salary range - $60,000 - $65,000/yr</li> </ul> <p data-start="740" data-end="755"><strong data-start="740" data-end="753">Schedule:</strong></p> <ul data-start="756" data-end="904"> <li data-section-id="1wfgboj" data-start="834" data-end="904">Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed</li> </ul> <p>Please see here for Misfits Market's&nbsp;<a class="c-link" href="https://www.misfitsmarket.com/careers-privacy" target="_blank" data-stringify-link="https://www.misfitsmarket.com/careers-privacy" data-sk="tooltip_parent">Job Applicant Privacy Notice</a>.</p>
