Position Summary: Howard-Simon Retirement, a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a Junior Retirement Plan Administrator who will take ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans. The right candidate will support 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish, perform annual compliance testing, and possess a detail-oriented, client-focused approach. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is excited to grow with a firm that values innovation and excellence in client service.   PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our partners and clients, preference will be given to those in the Central & Eastern time zone(s). Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform basic non-discrimination testing</li> <li>Communicate directly with clients on plan mechanics</li> <li>Research and present on compliance topics</li> <li>Shadow Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to increase testing and document knowledge</li> <li>Efficiently utilize technology to perform the duties of this position</li> <li>Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested</li> <li>Maintain team approach by assisting in areas appropriate for this position</li> <li>Own stewardship of all assigned business relationships</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>1-3 years of retirement plan experience</li> <li>2-4 years of client services experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software</li> <li>Must be organized and detail-oriented</li> <li>Exceptional approach to client service focusing on communications, timely solutions, and client needs</li> <li>Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Ability to act with integrity, be proactive with client needs, seek to continuously improve service, constantly focus on professional growth and work collaboratively with the entire team</li> </ul> Pay Transparency Statement: The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
