While the primary focus of this role is on intellectual property and technology transactions, the scope of this position may also extend to general corporate, employment, litigation, and other legal matters as needed. This individual will become part of a small, highly skilled team of lawyers responsible for a wide range of commercial contracts, negotiating on behalf of Arcesium in both customer and vendor relationships, and will be only the second attorney in Arcesium’s U.S. Legal & Compliance group. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
