We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p></p> <p><strong>Roles/Responsibilities/Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces – Holistic Workstation Approach)</li> <li>Workstation Quality Audit Experiences</li> <li>Team Building and People Skills – Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations</li> <li>Issue Identifications and Closure – collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them</li> <li>Change Management – Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze</li> <li>Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering</li> <li>Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System)</li> <li>GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives</li> <li>Excellent Project Management Skills</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>ALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
