<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support Strategy & Business Development by driving strategic initiatives, operating cadence, and executive-level reporting. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution across complex, high-priority initiatives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Develop executive-ready PowerPoint materials for senior leadership, including strategic updates, decision memos, operating reviews, and board-level content</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Synthesize complex, cross-functional inputs into clear narratives, insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Ensure materials focus on decision implications and executive clarity, not just status reporting</span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Business Operations & Operating Cadence</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Own the operating cadence: agenda setting, pre-reads, KPI rollups, action tracking, and follow-through</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards and scorecards tracking performance against strategic priorities</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Build lightweight, repeatable processes that improve visibility, accountability, and decision speed</span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and analysis through execution and issue resolution</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams, escalating risks and decisions crisply</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated executive-level PowerPoint storytelling skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Advanced Excel capability including KPI tracking, scenario analysis, and business case support</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Comfort operatingin fast-paced, ambiguous environments</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Preferred Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Automotive, EV, mobility, manufacturing, or industrial experience</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Experience supporting executive leadership or governance processes</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Familiarity with KPI frameworks, OKRs, and operating models</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or SQL</span></li>

<div><strong>Salary Range</strong>: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.</div>
