About the Role

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">COMPENSATION RANGE:</span> </strong>$18.00-$20.00/hour plus bonus for each lease signed.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>LEASING AGENT POSITION:</strong></span>&nbsp;Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.</p> <p><u><strong>THE LEASING SPECIALIST POSITION:</strong></u><br>Intrinsic Development is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Specialist to join the team at Alura Luxury Apartments, part of the exciting new Discovery Park development in Lee’s Summit. As a key member of our leasing team, this role serves as a brand ambassador, driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional first impression for future residents of this premier community.</p> <p><u><strong>THE LEASING SPECIALIST &nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the entire lease signing process from lead to signed lease.</li> <li>Develops relationships with potential residents practicing a consultative sales approach.</li> <li>Takes charge of follow-up process for all prospects and successfully determines next-steps depending on stage of process.</li> <li>Keep meticulous notes and records of all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards and in Entrata.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensures all paperwork, documents, signatures and deposits are collected from resident before approving move-in.&nbsp;</li> <li>Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices, creating a sense of urgency to re-sign lease.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide exceptional service to residents by answering any questions, submitting maintenance requests and listening to concerns/complaints, working with Community Manager on appropriate resolutions.</li> <li>Assists with the move-in, move-out inspection process.</li> <li>Assist with daily inspection of show units, amenities and tour route promptly freshening/clearing trash or eye sores and reports concerns or repairs needed.</li> <li>Assists with outreach marketing activities to drive prospective resident traffic.</li> <li>Assists with market surveys by shopping competitive communities.</li> <li>Assists marketing team in planning and attendance of resident functions to ensure event success.</li> <li>Assists Management with additional tasks and special projects as needed.</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>THE LEASING SPECIALIST &nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li><strong>REQUIRED;</strong> Availability to participate in Saturday shift rotations (every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm)</li> <li><strong>REQUIRED;</strong> Availability to work weekdays from 9am to 6pm.</li> <li><strong>MUST HAVE;</strong> Sales and Customer Service experience a must!</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Self motivated, deadline driven and highly organized</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.</li> <li>Effective listener with ability to understand needs of team members at all levels</li> <li>Interact effectively with project team, client and reviewing authorities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
