About the Role

Our team embodies a culture of<br>integrity and we encourage everyone to live longer, healthier lives.</p> <p><br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will own daily execution for assigned warehouse operations, ensuring<br>productivity, accuracy, safety, labor efficiency, and on-time completion of work. This role leads daily start-up<br>meetings, reviews attendance and labor availability, adjusts staffing based on workload, monitors job and order<br>progress, and communicates risks or delays across departments. The Supervisor is responsible for driving<br>measurable performance improvements through data analysis, employee coaching, accountability, and continuous<br>improvement initiatives. This includes building and maintaining performance tracking tools, reviewing daily and<br>weekly metrics, developing employees, and ensuring operational decisions are supported by measurable data.<br>Supervisors may be assigned to specific functional areas, but are expected to maintain cross-functional knowledge<br>and support overall warehouse performance. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable<br>qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;<br>Essential Function Statement(s)<br>● Operations Leadership<br>o Oversee assigned warehouse functions (Line, VAS, operations, Material Handling, etc.)<br>o Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time<br>o Monitor workflow, staffing, and daily production needs to meet goals<br>o Communicate job status, order progress, risks, labor constraints, and recover plans<br>across departments in a clear data oriented manner</p> <p>● Performance Management &amp;amp; Coaching<br>o Conduct regular 1:1 chick-ins with employees and Team Leaders<br>o Identify individual and team performance gaps using observation, data, and<br>documented expectations; implement structured improvement plans</p> <p>o Lead coaching, development, documentation, corrective action, written warnings, and<br>Performance Improvement Plans in partnership with Warehouse Manager and HR<br>o Drive employee engagement, cross-training, skill development, accountability, and<br>readiness for advancement<br>o Set clear daily expectations for Team Leaders and employees and follow up on results<br>o Hold employees accountable to productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and behavioral<br>expectations<br>● Data &amp; Analytics<br>o Build, Maintain, and improve performance tracking systems (Spreadsheets, Dashboards,<br>databases, etc.)<br>o Establish, track, and improve KPIs including productivity, labor utilization, accuracy,<br>attendance, rework, workflow efficiency, and on-time completion<br>o Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly trends to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps,<br>staffing issues, and improvement opportunities<br>o Ensure operational decisions, staffing changes, coaching, and process improvements are<br>supported by data whenever possible<br>o Develop new tracking tools and reporting methods where visibility gaps exist<br>o Maintain daily performance reporting for assigned area, including planned vs. actual<br>output, labor hours, productivity, quality, and completion status<br>o Candidates and employees in this role must be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets,<br>including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and basic data analysis<br>o Ability to translate data into clear actions, follow-up plans, and measurable results is<br>required<br>● Reporting &amp; Accountability<br>o Provide weekly and monthly updates including:<br>▪ Department performance against KPIs<br>▪ Labor plan vs. actual results<br>▪ Productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety trends<br>▪ Employee performance insights<br>▪ Root causes of misses<br>▪ Corrective actions and owners<br>▪ Data-driven recommendations<br>o Track all action plans with owners, due dates, status updates, and measured results<br>● Process Improvement<br>o Identify inefficiencies and implement measurable improvements across assigned areas.<br>o Collaborate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Planning, Customer Service, Quality,<br>Inventory, and other departments to improve overall warehouse performance.<br>o Maintain and update SOPs to reflect current best practices<br>o Lead or support at least one documented process improvement initiative per quarter<br>● Safety &amp;amp; Compliance<br>o Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings<br>o Ensure team compliance with all safety standards, PPE requirements, equipment rules,<br>housekeeping expectations, and safe work practices<br>o Address unsafe behaviors immediately and document recurring issues<br>o Partner with Warehouse Manager, Safety, and HR on incident follow-up, corrective<br>actions, and prevention</p> <p>● SOP Development, Training Documentation<br>o Develop and maintain detailed SOPs for all processes within assigned areas<br>o Ensure SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and aligned with current operations</p> <p><br>o Train employees and Team Leaders on SOPs, process changes, quality expectations, and<br>safety requirements<br>o Maintain accurate records of training completion and updates<br>o Ensure consistency and accountability through standardized procedures<br>o Verify training effectiveness through observation, performance data, and follow-up<br>coaching</p> <p>● Cross-Functional Coverage &amp;amp; Business Continuity<br>o Develop and maintain working knowledge across all warehouse functions<br>o Partner with other Supervisors to ensure alignment in priorities and execution<br>o Be capable of supporting and overseeing other functional areas when needed<br>o Participate in cross-training and shared improvement initiatives<br>o Maintain visibility into key metrics, workflows, staffing constraints, and action plans<br>across warehouse departments<br>o Maintain sufficient competency to step into another functional area with minimal<br>disruption<br>o Support other supervisors during absences, labor shortages, volume spikes, or<br>operational disruptions<br>● Shared Ownership Mindset<br>o Operate with shared ownership over total warehouse performance<br>o Take ownership for overall productivity, accuracy, safety, labor efficiency, and service<br>levels across all warehouse departments<br>o Proactively identify and address gaps impacting the broader operation<br>o Avoid siloed decision-making; ABILITIES<br>Computer Skills:<br>● Advanced knowledge of shipping WMS is required<br>● Advanced experience in using handhelds and paperless systems<br>● Advanced knowledge of custom labeling<br>● Advanced knowledge of SAP is helpful</p> <p>● Strong leadership and coaching ability<br>● Experience handling employee performance and disciplinary processes<br>● Strong analytical and problem-solving skils<br>● Experience with spreadsheets, data tracking, or reporting tools<br>● Strong communication and organizational skills</p> <p>Other Requirements:<br>● High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred<br>● 3-5 years experience in fast paced pick and pack environment<br>● 3-5 years of experience in supervision<br>● Ability to work safely, and to recognize potential hazards in a noisy warehouse environment in which<br>employees move about regularly in the midst of heavy equipment in motion</p>
