In this role, candidates will adjust, maintain, and safely operate a Bobst/Die Cutting Machine, ensuring that all items produced meet customer specifications in accordance with company policies and procedures. font-size: 12pt;">Review and understand Job Ticket details and specifications to prepare the machine and supplies for each job properly</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand process setup, adjustment, procedures, and equipment capabilities to operate machine with excellence</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Set up Bobst / Die Cutting Machine to specified speeds and production rates and get approval of set-up by Supervisor</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operate Bobst / Die Cutting Machine to run the product indicated, ensuring correctness of operation</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Test sample for correct paper proprieties and characteristics before production</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Compare production output to sample provided to evaluate accuracy of operation throughout production</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Inspect output skids for cutting, score, and die positions and ensure proper documentation and records on skids and within Job Jacket</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Inspect and monitor Bobst / Die Cutting Machine for safety issues and request maintenance as needed</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clean and maintain machinery and equipment to guarantee quality performance</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete Bindery Log</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete Die Cutter Tracking Form</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Record and document all required process information</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that working environment is clean, tidy, and safe</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comply with the company’s safety standards</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Follow procedures and policies while demonstrating commitment to the company</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to learn most characteristics of products and materials</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to follow procedures and policies</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
