We’re growing fast and looking for exceptional clinicians excited to join a passionate team that’s reshaping mental health care.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p>We are looking for a Board Certified Psychiatrist, who is licensed in the state of Washington, for a part-time role with our growing clinical team. You will help to supervise a team of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) delivering both asynchronous and synchronous care via telemedicine to a population of adult patients stable on medication and primarily looking to manage their anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medication. This is an incredibly flexible job - you decide your hours and shift times.</p> <p>&nbsp;The ideal candidate is adaptive to change and proactive in providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement. We are looking for people excited to grow with us!</p> <p><strong>Benefits - Part-time (less than 10 hrs/month)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>An operations and technology team dedicated to improving the provider experience</li> <li>Malpractice coverage</li> <li>Online software and technology support</li> <li>Flexible schedule</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise our Nurse Practitioners who treat our clients for anxiety and depression per state regulations and requirements</li> <li>Conduct chart reviews for multiple NP’s</li> <li>Be available, and flexible, to the Nurse Practitioner’s to answer questions, provide clinical clarifications, and escalate any issues to medical leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active &amp; good standing medical license in Washington (more licenses is a plus)</li> <li>Board certification in Psychiatry</li> <li>Medical Doctorate from an accredited medical school</li> <li>Have previous experience supervising Nurse Practitioners in clinical settings</li> <li>5+ years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training</li> <li>Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus</li> <li>Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-taxonomy-attributes"> <p class="jd-header-text"><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Choose your own hours</li> <li>Day shift</li> <li>Evening shift</li> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>Weekends as needed</li> </ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$600 per supervised Nurse Practitioner (typically 2 hour commitment per NP per month)</li> <li>Typically 2-4 NP's to be supervised</li> </ul> </div> <h2><strong>Join Us</strong></h2> <p>This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and innovative environment.
