About the Role
<p><strong>About the Position:</strong></p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">We are seeking a highly driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) </span>to support partner’s sales organization. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, data discovery, and qualification. The SDR will engage prospects via phone and email, gather key business and technical information, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.</p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">This is a high‑activity role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a structured sales process.</span></p>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Outbound Prospecting & Outreach</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Make 80–100 outbound phone calls per day to prospects across assigned accounts and campaigns</li>
<li>Send follow‑up and outbound emails aligned to call activity and sales motions</li>
<li>Execute call and email cadences consistently and professionally</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Discovery & Qualification</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct discovery with prospects</li>
<li>Capture accurate notes and findings in the CRM</li>
<li>Qualify prospects against defined criteria before scheduling meetings</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Appointment Setting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Book qualified meetings directly onto the sales team’s calendar</li>
<li>Ensure meetings are properly documented with clear context and notes</li>
<li>Set expectations with prospects on meeting purpose and next steps</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>CRM & Data Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely updates in Microsoft Dynamics</li>
<li>Log all call activity, emails, notes, and outcomes</li>
<li>Keep lead and contact data clean, complete, and up to date</li>
</ul>

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Required Experience & Skills</strong></p>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of Sales Development or Business Development experience</li>
<li>Proven experience in a high‑volume outbound calling environment</li>
<li>Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day</li>
<li>Strong spoken and written English communication skills</li>
<li>Experience booking meetings for sales or account executives</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Technical & Tooling Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM</li>
<li>Experience working within structured sales processes and cadences</li>
<li>Understanding of B2B technology or IT services sales</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_x_MsoNormal"><strong>Preferred (Nice to Have)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models (Microsoft 365, CSP, nonprofit licensing, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience selling or supporting IT services, MSPs, or Microsoft‑centric solutions</li>
<li>Exposure to qualification frameworks and data discovery workflows (BANT and SPICE)</li>
</ul>

<li>Consistently meet daily call and activity targets</li>
