With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.</div>The Role This Contractor position will report to Bobbie’s Medical Sales Manager and work within the Medical channel of the company. You will be engaging with healthcare professionals while clinically promoting Bobbie. You should have the ability to communicate professionally the clinical qualities of both of our brands. You will work with the team to uncover new medical leads and opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable making introductory sales calls, having clinical conversations with health care professionals, and building relationships with medical practices.  What you will accomplish: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In-person field sales and in-servicing in targeted geographic areas</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support regional sales events as needed</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support digital outreach and inbounds as needed</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead list generation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hubspot CRM data entry and management for individual accounts </li> </ul> What we would like you to have:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Availability to commit to 5-10 hours of work weekly, 90% in the field</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to quickly learn new technologies (Slack, Hubspot, data entry)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Vehicle and unrestricted driver's license</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to pivot with changing strategies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organized, problem-solving, results, and relationships oriented approach</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Budget and Time Management skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Clinical Setting Experience</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Clinical degree (RD, RN, LPN, OT, SLP) is preferred but not required</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in a sales role for a fast-growing CPG company preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with customer management software</li> </ul> You’re inspired by our core values: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 300; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers.
