<div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div>
<ul>
<li>
<div>Work with students who are in a Preschool Program providing individualized lessons which target goals from the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) / Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). </div>
</li>
<li>Develop creative and multi-sensory lessons based on the IEP goals and report progress toward these goals. </li>
<li>Collect meaningful information on IEP goals and report quarterly on child’s progress with IEP goals. </li>
<li>Ongoing communication with supervisors and multidisciplinary team. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate attendance and submit electronic billing daily. </li>
<li>Attend professional development trainings to maintain best practice approach and continue personal development. </li>
<li>Maintain professionalism with parents, teachers, and other professionals. </li>
<li>Attend IEP meetings. </li>
</ul>

<p><em><strong>Responsibilities for CPSE Evaluations:</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home and/or preschool based settings.</li>
<li>Write detailed evaluation reports demonstrating the child’s abilities and areas of difficulties.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the evaluation team</li>
<li>Develop appropriate functional goals based upon the needs of the student.</li>

<li>NYS Students with Disabilities B-Grade 2 Certification </li>
<li>Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families preferred </li>
