This role provides short-term (1–30 day) on-site leasing support to properties experiencing vacancies, staffing gaps, transitions, or performance needs.  The TOPS Leasing Specialist performs all leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties expected of an Asset Living Leasing Consultant, while quickly integrating into each assigned community’s operations.
