Campaign Launch Specialist  Location: In-office role at our downtown Phoenix office    Kickstart Client Success from Day One!  As a Launch Support Agent, you will work closely with Campaign Creation Specialists to support the early stages of the client journey and ensure timely, successful campaign launches. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth onboarding experience by providing direct customer support, resolving launch-related issues, and coordinating across internal teams to move campaigns to activation efficiently. Campaign Launch Specialist, you’ll manage the early stages of the client journey—ensuring a smooth onboarding and fast, effective campaign launch.  Your day-to-day will include:  <ul> <li>Partner with Sales and Campaign Creation Specialists to ensure smooth and timely post-sale handoffs.</li> <li>Support inbound customer calls related to campaign setup, design edits, and launch readiness, providing clear guidance and timely resolutions.</li> <li>Attend customer-scheduled meetings to provide live edit support and address outstanding questions.</li> <li>Troubleshoot domain access and other technical or launch-related issues, working with internal teams to remove blockers.</li> <li>Manage inbound customer requests related to updates and changes to the initial website build.</li> <li>Guide clients through the final steps required to activate their campaigns and confirm launch readiness.</li> <li>Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining organization, urgency, and attention to detail.</li> </ul>   What Success Looks Like:  <ul> <li>Clients experience a smooth and timely onboarding process, with campaigns launching on or ahead of expected timelines.</li> <li>Inbound customer calls are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer experience.</li> <li>Launch issues and blockers are identified early and resolved quickly through effective coordination with internal teams.</li> <li>Clear, consistent communication is maintained with customers, Sales, and Campaign Creation Specialists.</li> <li>Multiple accounts are managed effectively without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or responsiveness.</li> <li>Campaigns move to activation with minimal rework and strong client confidence.</li> </ul>   Performance Measurement:  <ul> <li>Performance is measured at the pod level, in partnership with Campaign Creation team members.</li> <li>Key performance indicators include Answer Call Rate (ACR) and the
