font-size: 10pt;">Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work with large-scale data center network architectures, including spine-leaf and VXLAN environments</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform network configuration, migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, routing, and switching issues</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Collaborate with server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure teams</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Provide hands-on support during data center deployments and network implementation activities</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Assist with physical networking activities, including cabling, port connectivity, labeling, and hardware installation/validation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Support VMware networking and integration with enterprise/data center infrastructure</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards</li> </ul> <hr> Qualifications <hr>   <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong experience with Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with Juniper networking platforms.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VXLAN</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Layer 2/Layer 3 routing and switching</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox InfiniBand networking.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of data center and large-scale network architectures</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.1;">Data Center Support: Hands-on participation may be required for physical networking, hardware validation, cabling, and network deployment activities</li> </ul>   <hr> Position Specifics <hr> The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $170,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure includes variable pay through commissions based on individual sales performance. This means your earning potential can substantially increase based on your sales achievements. ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program, and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
