You will have the chance to shape the team’s culture, ways of working and ambition, while contributing to two dynamic businesses.   You will help shape integrated communications across brand and performance media for both clients, tackling distinct business challenges and delivering work that has a visible impact on customers, commercial growth and brand relevance. The role offers variety across Indeed’s employment marketplace and Moonpig’s personalised gifting business, requiring adaptable thinking and consistently strong planning.  As Associate Director, you are critical to the delivery of this ambition; working closely with the Business Director, and agency strategists you will be a key interface for our clients and lead planning projects from start to finish, acting as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work.  You will oversee the day-to-day running of both accounts, ensuring flow and accuracy of work and that the campaign management process follows best practice. You are across all communications and establish yourself as the first port of call for clients.  You will build a strong relationship with your clients and become a trusted strategic partner – showing a deep understanding of your clients’ business and how communications can drive growth.  This role would suit someone experienced at working with clients who activate across multiple channels, from Performance through to Brand.
