<p data-start="373" data-end="726"><strong data-start="373" data-end="385">The Role</strong><br data-start="385" data-end="388">As a Data Analytics Principal Consultant, you’ll take a central role in supporting the continued growth of Capco’s UK Data Practice. You'll lead complex data and analytics programmes across the financial services sector while mentoring talent, guiding clients and driving innovation across topics such as Cloud, AI and Machine Learning.</p>

<p data-start="1250" data-end="1323">Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or senior management role</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1326" data-end="1421">Deep knowledge of data and analytics disciplines such as data quality, governance, BI and ML</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1422" data-end="1502">
<p data-start="1424" data-end="1502">Strong stakeholder engagement skills, from C-suite through to delivery teams</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1503" data-end="1591">
<p data-start="1505" data-end="1591">Experience designing and executing complex data programmes within Financial Services</p>

<p data-start="1594" data-end="1679">Ability to operate across multiple workstreams while developing internal capability</p>
