<p>&nbsp;</p> <h1 data-section-id="9t3zb9" data-start="68" data-end="135"><strong data-start="70" data-end="135">Assistant Community Manager – The Pullman in Union City, Georgia</strong></h1> <p data-start="137" data-end="495">The Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of a multifamily community, contributing to strong financial performance, leasing success, and resident satisfaction. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate financial processes, and a high-quality resident experience in alignment with Thompson Thrift’s standards.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1ltcle1" data-start="497" data-end="547"><strong data-start="500" data-end="547">Your Role as an Assistant Community Manager</strong></h2> <p data-start="549" data-end="915">As an Assistant Community Manager, you will partner closely with the Community Manager to support the financial, leasing, and administrative functions of the community. This role is responsible for managing rent collections, maintaining accurate resident financial records, supporting leasing performance, and ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently.</p> <p data-start="917" data-end="1080">You will serve as a key operational resource on-site, helping to maintain consistency, support team effectiveness, and contribute to overall community performance.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1pzghrs" data-start="1082" data-end="1109"><strong data-start="1085" data-end="1109">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Support leasing performance by assisting with follow-up, application processing, and renewal coordination</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Monitor leasing activity, traffic, and conversion trends, providing insights to support occupancy goals</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Oversee rent collections and delinquency management in accordance with company policies and legal requirements</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Maintain accurate resident ledgers, including posting payments, adjustments, and account activity</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Prepare and process daily deposits while ensuring compliance with company accounting procedures</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Assist with financial reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal teams</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and associated inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Provide operational support to leasing team members and assist during high traffic periods as needed</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Support resident communication and assist in resolving escalated concerns</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Organize and coordinate resident engagement activities to support retention and satisfaction</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up with maintenance teams</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Maintain community standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation</li> <li data-start="1111" data-end="2342">Provide support for essential operations in the absence of the Community Manager, as needed</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1vhprmc" data-start="2344" data-end="2384"><strong data-start="2347" data-end="2384">Our Ideal Candidate for this Role</strong></h2> <h3 data-section-id="5wabm4" data-start="2386" data-end="2403"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Education</span></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2405" data-end="2500">High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered; some college preferred</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="91a1qq" data-start="2502" data-end="2535"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Experience &amp; Requirements</span></h3> <ul> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience</li> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">At least 1 year of experience in an on-site leasing role preferred</li> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">Experience in property management, business operations, or Class A / luxury communities preferred</li> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed</li> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for purpose of routine outreach marketing and shopping comps</li> <li data-start="2537" data-end="3165">Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent lifting of 10 to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="xca59p" data-start="3167" data-end="3194"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Skills &amp; Attributes</span></h3> <ul> <li data-start="3196" data-end="3593">Strong organizational and financial aptitude</li> <li data-start="3196" data-end="3593">Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally engage residents and team members</li> <li data-start="3196" data-end="3593">Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li data-start="3196" data-end="3593">Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li data-start="3196" data-end="3593">Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service and operational excellence</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1mcn5bt" data-start="3595" data-end="3623"><strong data-start="3598" data-end="3623">Why This Role Matters</strong></h2> <p data-start="3625" data-end="3935">The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in supporting the financial and operational success of a community.
