<h4><strong>Unleash Your Potential with Velocity Electronics!&nbsp;</strong></h4> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Regional Manager, Component Quality &amp; Operations</strong> in Singapore to lead the Quality and Operations teams, ensure products consistently meet customer requirements, and drive excellence in component authentication, inspection operations, and quality performance.</p> <p data-start="390" data-end="551">If you are driven to elevate quality standards, strengthen operational performance, and lead high-impact teams that support business success — we want to meet you!</p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>What can you expect to do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the Quality and Operations functions for the Singapore Inspection &amp; Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.</li> <li>Develop, coach, and lead the Quality and Operations teams to drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee component authentication, inspection processes, and counterfeit risk mitigation activities.</li> <li>Partner with customers, suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality and operational issues.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Review inspection findings, assess product acceptability, and support material disposition decisions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with quality systems and industry standards, including ISO 9001, AS9120, and AS6081.</li> <li>Provide guidance on quality investigations, corrective actions, and customer quality escalations.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>What is the experience and knowledge needed to be successful in this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>12+ years in the electronic components industry, including experience within independent distribution and/or component brokerage environments.</li> <li>5+ years leading quality and operations teams in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments</li> <li>Experience in component authentication, counterfeit mitigation, inspection operations, and quality systems, including AS6081 and AS9120; experience leading high-volume inspection and distribution operations preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, EPA/ESD controls, and quality management systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with RoHS requirements and failure analysis techniques preferred.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p> <p>At Velocity Electronics, our core values—Be Amazing Today, Demonstrate Mutual Respect and Trust, Act Courageously, and Own Your Outcomes—drive our success.
