You’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office, so you should live within commuting distance. What you'll get to do... <ul> <li>Own lifecycle email campaigns end‑to‑end, setting strategy and acting as a thought partner to define objectives, target audiences, segmentation, and messaging </li> <li>Lead brief development, copywriting, and creative direction, and drive execution across build, QA, launch, and post‑campaign analysis for continuous optimization </li> <li>Build and deploy campaigns in SFMC, including data extensions, dynamic/ personalized content, and basic automations</li> <li>Use basic SQL to define, validate, suppress, and measure audiences, ensuring accurate targeting and measurement readiness </li> <li>Partner closely with Product, PMM/GTM, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to translate business goals into effective briefs, launches, performance insights, and an experimentation roadmap </li> </ul> Your experience should include... <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in email/ lifecycle marketing, building campaigns from the ground up using a marketing automation platform (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for US audiences</li> <li>Proven end‑to‑end ownership from concept to launch (brief → copy/creative → build → QA → deploy), with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills </li> <li>Strong copywriting, creative direction, and lifecycle marketing strategy mindset to deliver high‑quality, high‑performing email campaigns </li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL for audience selection and validation (joins, aggregations, suppression, data QA) </li> <li>Analytical and experiment‑minded, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret results (conversion, revenue, retention, CTR, deliverability), and turn insights into clear actions </li> </ul> You might also have... <ul> <li>Experience in MessageGears</li> <li>Experience in the payment processing or e-commerce industry</li> </ul> We've got your back...  We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
