Behavior Tech/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at My Favorite Therapists, LLC

Join our team at My Favorite Therapists (MFT) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and see the impact you can make.</p> <p>As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. RBTs work with clients on improving communication, social, and daily living skills. This is a collaborative role, and as an RBT with My Favorite Therapists, you will work closely with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs where your input is valued.</p> <p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and successfully pass the BACB RBT exam (if not already certified) within 30 days of employment.</li> <li>Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.</li> <li>Work 1:1 with MFT clients receiving ABA therapy.</li> <li>Electronic data collection as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA.</li> <li>Complete daily notes following the conclusion of each session and upload them into relevant databases.</li> <li>Maintain open lines of communication with BCBA regarding progress of client.</li> <li>Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.</li> <li>Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma</li> <li>Reliable transportation</li> <li>Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to pass a background check</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>College Graduate</li> <li>Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities</li> <li>Experience working with children between the ages of 1-13</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Paid training</li> <li>RBT Certification</li> <li>CPR Certification</li> <li>Annual merit raises</li> <li>Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplementary</li> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> <li>Growth potential</li> <li>Excellent team environment</li> <li>Monday - Friday work schedule</li> <li>Free supervision for those working towards Board Certification</li> </ul> <p><strong>Background Screening through Agency for Health Care Administration information can be found at: https://info.flclearinghouse.com</strong></p>
