All open positions are posted in location specific employment portals available at <a href="https://www.kapitus.com/careers">www.kapitus.com/careers</a>   All legitimate Kapitus job postings on employment sites will direct candidates to complete an application through these portals before completion of the hiring process. </div> <div> Candidates with additional questions or concerns regarding any recruiting communications or Kapitus’ recruiting process in general should email <a id="OWA4573487d-6c94-b52e-0613-1b1034189b61" class="x_OWAAutoLink" style="color: rgb(124, 146, 248);" href="mailto:[email protected]" data-linkindex="2">[email protected]</a>  </div>  </div>The Capital Markets Associate III will play a key role in the development, structuring, and execution of Kapitus’ capital markets strategy, with ownership across transaction execution, investor engagement, and ongoing facility management. This role is responsible for leading key components of capital markets transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flow structures, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across FP&A, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Financial Data. The Capital Markets Associate III will operate with a high degree of independence, contributing to deal structuring, financial modeling, and investor communications, while also helping shape capital markets strategy and supporting new product initiatives.   What you will do: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead key components of the structuring and execution of capital raising activities, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flow transactions</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and own advanced financial and cash flow models to evaluate funding structures, pricing, leverage, and returns</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Play an active role in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements, including terms, covenants, and deal frameworks</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead preparation of investor materials and participate directly in investor, bank, and rating agency discussions and diligence processes</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Generate repeatable analytics workflows and analyze collateral performance and portfolio trends to support transaction execution and inform funding strategy</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own ongoing monitoring of existing facilities, including covenant compliance, borrowing base reporting, and performance tracking</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner cross functionally with FP&A, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Data teams to support transaction execution</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to capital markets strategy, including evaluation of funding structures, investor partners, and new product initiatives.
